  • Check the price lists - if you're not sure about the cost or if you need something that isn't listed please email and we'll confirm the price.

  • Give a brief description of your order - please use the form below. If you dislike form filling then simply email your requirements.

  • State the invoice and delivery address (if different) and give a phone number where you can be reached.

  • Send us your documents - email them, as attachments, or post them to the address below.

If your item is difficult to describe please email us with your phone number and we'll call you back.

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order and confirming the details and price.

You'll then be asked to go to our home page and click on the 'Payments' button towards the bottom right of the opening screen and pay with your credit or debit card or through a PayPal account if you have one.

If you prefer you can post a cheque but, of course, there will be a delay until the cheque has cleared.

After we've received an automatic 'confirmation of payment' we will process your material and e-mail you a proof copy for checking within 24 - 48 hours. Artwork production may take a little longer.

Work will not commence until payment has been made.

When you receive your proof please acknowledge approval by emailing your 'consent to print'. If any changes or alterations are needed we will make the amendments and email you another proof for approval.

Email proofs are free but hard-copy proofs are charged extra at £2.50 + VAT per A4 area.

You will normally receive your order within 5 working days + 1 day for delivery - after receipt of your 'consent to print' email.
