Ordering Guidelines


  1. Click on the 'Order' button towards the bottom right of the opening screen.
  2. Fill-in the form.
  3. Select and upload your documents.
  4. Click 'Submit'.


You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order and confirming the details and price.

It will contain a link to our payments page - click on it and follow instructions. You can pay with your credit or debit card or through a Paypal account if you have one.

If you prefer you can pay by BACS (click here for account details) or you can post a cheque but there will be a delay until the cheque has cleared.

After we've received an automatic 'confirmation of payment' we will process your material and e-mail you a proof for approval within 24 hours. Artwork production can take a little longer.

When you receive your proof please acknowledge approval by emailing your consent to 'proceed to press'. If any changes or alterations are needed we will make the amendments and email you another proof for approval.

Email proofs are free but hard-copy proofs are charged extra. Costs are the same as our prepress proofs - click here for current prices.

You will normally receive your order within the estimated time stated in our quotation. Your options are:

  • Standard Service - 7 working days (7 x 24hrs);
  • Express Service - 5 working days (5 x 24hrs);
  • Priority Service - 3 working days (3 x 24hrs).

Work will not proceed until your payment has cleared and we have received your email consent to 'proceed to press'.
