Testimonials and Feedback

Testimonials are a problem for websites like ours because we service the professional market and professionals rarely leave feedback - instead they vote with their feet.

However, if testimonials will help you to make a buying decision, I've cut-and-pasted below some comments from our day-to-day customer communications.

Concertina Brochure, A7, 8-sides, Landscape, full colour onto 170gsm matt art paper: 'Hi Pete, Very pleased to say that we have received the concertina brochures and everyone is really happy with them. Thanks especially for putting up with our payment drama and for getting them through so quickly over Christmas. Most other companies were unable to do this so I was extremely grateful to find you! Postcards A5, double-sided CMYK + gold metallic: 'Hi Pete, I just wanted to say that I have just received the delivery of my A5 postcards and I absolutely love the finish. It has surpassed my expectations, the metallic looks amazing and I have the high end finish I wanted. The price was the best I received, and the whole process was very simple from enquiry to delivery-Thank you. I will use you again and recommend you to others. Note Pads A6: 'Print4biz were great. Their staff were very helpful, putting up with constant changes by us always happy to help. The materials came through in good time. Postcards, A6, double-sided: 'We received our postcards yesterday and they look great! We're really pleased. We'll be in contact with you again in the new year as we'll have some more things to send your way. Thank you. Aimee.' (Email May 2015).

Calendars, A4, 13-pages, 500 copies: 'Hi Pete - The calendars arrived with me at work this lunchtime. Thank you so much – they are brilliant – really pleased with them. Let’s hope when we get them to Menorca and the shop opens on 1st May that they sell like the proverbial “hot cakes”. Thanks again - Wendy.' (Email April 2016).
