General Artwork Production Costs Production: Working to your layout we'll produce 'print-ready' artwork using the images and text you've supplied on disc or by email and provide you with an email proof for checking. We'll put right any errors and typos and email you a final proof for approval prior to printing. £40 per A4 area (email proof included). £25 up to A5 (email proof included). £25 minimum charge. Please note: minor corrections are free but substantial client additions and alterations are charged extra! Graphic design and illustration: Using the text and images you've supplied on disc or via email - we'll produce an appropriate design, supply a proof, amend and refine the design incorporating any reasonable amendments free of charge, produce 'print-ready' artwork and supply you with a final proof for approval prior to printing. £60 up to A4 area (email proof included). £35 minimum charge. Please note: corrections are free but substantial client additions and alterations are charged extra! Scanning: Reproduction quality, 300dpi CMYK images from prints, 35mm slides or film positives and negatives. Cropped to size and sharpened. Maximum size of original: prints A4; film 70x50mm. (Larger sizes by quotation). Up to A6 - £8.00 each. Up to A5 - £10.00 each. Up to A4 - £15.00 each. Up to A3 - £20.00 each. Retouching and image manipulation by quotation. Photo adjustment: It takes years of experience to be able to visualise how an image will look when printed. If you're not doing it regularly (and comparing the original image with the final printed version) then the chances of achieving 'professional' quality is virtually zero. *Strongly recommended!* £6 per image. Product Photography: Digital pictures under studio lighting. Maximum size of product 250 x 250 x 250mm approx. (Larger products by quotation). £35 per shot. Graphics: Publication design, graphics, layouts and visuals, logos, clipart, maps, illustrations etc. By quotation only. Proofs: Colour page proofs with trim and register marks. Email proofs free! Hard-copy inkjet colour proofs - £12 per A4 area. Press proofs are available at extra cost - email for a price. Place a print order of 5,000 or more and artwork production is FREE.
